When I got it and tried it on, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it fits. It will be a comfortable summer dress - the top is super stretchy and will adjust to any size (or my growing size). I'm really excited for summer to come so I can wear this dress. The material is a little thin, but I think that makes it a good, light sun dress. The construction seems to be high quality as well. You can wear it with or without the neck strap - and I have no doubt about whether the dress will stay up without it - the top is stretchy enough that it will hug you no matter what size you are.
