(More customer reviews)I am a very disappointed customer. I bought this dress for my 4 years old granddaughter's birthday party (May 2). The purchase was done on March 26, 2010. When the dress arrived I found out it was a tiny size 4T. My grand-daughter is a small, slim, actually tiny girl and it was way too small. I asked the seller to exchange this dress for one size bigger hoping she could do that by May 1.
The seller promised to send a size 5 within 4 weeks. I wrote her to remind her that time is getting short on April 22, she never bothered to reply. I waited till May 8, 2010 and sent her a 24 hour warning, asking her to reply or I will approach Amazon's customers service. She never replied. I had to buy my granddaughter another dress for her party. I thank Amazon for reimbursing me on this unhappy purchase.
