The skirt flares at my hips and doesnt cling so it makes me look thinner. Plus I wore it in the water and it dries really fast and with no wrinkles. The fabric is a little shimmery in the sunlight unlike this other skirt I bought that is really flat and thin. I would buy this again. Please make it in a print fabric because I would love one for this cruise I'm going on.
